One of my goals that's not on the list is to make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night so I've made sleep my #1 priority. I feel more energized to get things done when I’m awake if I've slept well the night before.
Those who don't get enough sleep at night are also going to be at risk of suffering from a slow metabolism. In addition to that, getting enough sleep will also increase your glucose tolerance, so you'll be able to handle any carbohydrates you consume that much better. This means you’ll have a lower chance of suffering from an increase in body fat.Another important goal is to make something pumpkin! I know a lot of you are waiting for your first Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks! Since I'm not a coffee drinker I will be joining the pumpkin party by making some sugar free pumpkin bread.
