Lucky Girl Syndrome Affirmations

Harpers Bazaar explained that Lucky Girl Syndrome encourages individuals to repeatedly affirm their good fortune to manifest positive outcomes like promotions or pay raises.  While some see it as a form of toxic positivity , the author recommends the WOOP approach - Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan, which incorporates realistic planning and anticipation of challenges.

Remember years ago when we all read the book The Secret  which taught us that us about the law of attraction and how you can make anything you want happen if you believe in it enough. Lucky Girl Syndrome Affirmations is all about reprogramming your mindset into thinking I am good enough, smart enough, capable enough and worthy of all my desires. You have to believe you can do anything because that thought will create your reality. When you’re operating on a frequency of having high gratitude, more things will just flow into your life. Here are the affirmations I have for myself that promote ambulance, ease, and good luck. Write yours in the present tense.

1. Manifestation & Abundance

Everything I want is already on its way to me.

The universe is rigged in my favor.

Money is abundant, and it’s flowing in.

I deserve the best and I get the best.

Anything is possible.

2. Self-Worth & Confidence

I am healthy, wealthy, and enough.

I am loved and appreciated.

I am the luckiest person on the planet.

I am beautiful, fit, strong, and healthy.

My existence makes a difference in this world.

3. Growth & Self-Improvement

I prioritize self-discipline and self-love.

I reframe negative thoughts to align with my goals.

I am always evolving into a kinder, sweeter version of myself.

I am in control of my body and my health journey.

I focus on what I have and practice gratitude.

4. Mindset & Manifestation

My thoughts are powerful in creating my desired reality.

It’s easy for my body to let go of excess weight.

I visualize and act as if I’ve already achieved my desires.

I appreciate and love myself fully.

5. Wardrobe & Home Organization

I create and maintain a clutter-free, intentional space.

I embrace slow fashion and curate my wardrobe with purpose.

I am dedicated to maintaining balance and self-care in my life.

I enjoy what I have, quality over quantity, rather than constantly acquiring more.

Yes I do genuinely believe I have lucky girl syndrome, not that my life is perfect and I have everything I want, but I find everything seems to work out for me. For instance whenever I'm shopping online and only one size is left in a article of clothing I want, it's not the size I would have picked, but one size smaller/bigger so I chance it and it always comes out perfect, as if I was meant to buy that size so the other sizes were removed for me! This has happened several times. When I want something from H&M or Zara and it's sold out, I visit the website daily (because the email stock alert isn't reliable) and within a week one size, my size, will come back in stock for a day! This has happened a few times now!

Whenever I go on vacation, I will have hiccups, but in the end everything works out. I get nervous about solo travel, and dread the trip, but come back having a fantastic time! Once I wrote down a list of 3 top restaurants I wanted to go to in NYC but couldn't get reservations. But since I was alone, I went to the first one at 3pm and was able to snag a seat at the bar. I had the same experience with the other two!

I treated myself to a facial at a pricey spa that I only go to once a year, and then I started following them on Instagram. Well when they had two new aestheticians start they offered their services at 50% off so I booked 3 appointments for a treatment I've been wanting to do but thought was too expensive. I was nervous because I had been seeing my aesthetician for years and didn't want to try someone new but I loved one of the new ones and she gave me a coupon to see her 3 more times! What should have been one appointment ending up being 7!
