Sephora announced their fall sale dates for VIB members which will be 15% off November 3rd thru November 9th.
I use what beauty products I have until it's gone. I really use what I have. You shouldn't have so much stuff that you can't use it. With the skincare products that you buy, the ingredients are more potent soon after purchase. Sunday Riley said their products are good for 3 years if unopened, but once opened they are only good for one year. I toss out my sunscreens after a year. Sunscreen potency shelf life is 2 to 3 years (unopened) or 6 months to 1 year (opened). Vitamin C products have a short shelf life. If you buy something and don't use it, the product is not going to work like it would have a year ago. Skincare products in jar packaging won't keep well once exposed to air as it affects the stability of the plant extracts it contains. Don't buy expensive stuff if you're not going to use it. If you spent your money on it use it. Good skincare is key to a nice foundation for your makeup, so dedication to your skincare routine is always a good idea.
With that in mind I'm buying everything but skincare and makeup from the sephora sale because I already have enough of those items. For my zoom meetings I only wear mascara and concealer. I never wore concealer to work before but wanted to brighten up my eyes in the bad camera lighting. To remove it, I'm addicted to the makeup eraser! Just wet it with water and it wipes off your mascara! Then throw in the washing machine.
I love love, my T3 Hair Dryer! It has Digital IonAir technology and has cut my hair drying time in half!
I also started burning candles everyday and Voluspa candles are my favorite brand! I don't think the mini candles are worth trying since they have no throw. Just go all in with a big candle, you can always re-gift or return if you don't like the scent. The scents I like are Santiago Huckleberry and Mokara. I'm purchasing one I haven't tried before but the scent profile looked like something I would like: Yashioka Gardenia. Once you've finished the candle, the pretty containers can be repurposed as a jewelry box, planter or flower jar.
I also like a couple candles from Maison Louis Marie No.04 Bois de Balincourt with notes of Sandalwood, Vetiver, Amber Wood smells like a fireplace. And No. 09 Vallee de Farney with notes of Grapefruit, Cedarwood, Patchouli smells like a sexy men's cologne.
I never wore perfume to work as I didn't want to annoy people. But I've started wearing it to work from home. lol It's just nice to be surrounded by a wonderful fragrance.

I love NEST New York Bamboo Liquid Hand Soap, it smells amazing! I just started using the Nécessaire The Body Wash in sandalwood. I also have the Rituals foaming shower gel (pictured above is the Rituals sakura diffuser). L'Occitane Cleansing And Softening Shower Oil With Almond Oil is an old favorite of mine.
I want to try REN Clean Skincare Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash and I was thinking about getting some bath products like: Herbivore Coconut Milk Bath Soak.

Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser
I love, love Youth to the People's cleanser! It's been on my wishlist for a few years and I finally got a bottle. It comes in a glass jar bottle and does a good job of removing dirt, oil, and makeup, and rinses clean with no residue. Its gentle formula doesn’t leave skin feeling dry or tight afterwards. Also included in the formula are numerous antioxidants, among them kale, green tea, and spinach.
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment
I'm on my second tube of this, the last one lasted me a year. Twice a week I use this in the PM as it gives you a 2-minute facial as it exfoliates, smooths and polishes to reveal a glowing, radiant complexion. It's made from lactic acid and fruit enzymes— papaya, pineapple, and pumpkin. It's bright green and smells like a Christmas tree!
Biossance Squalane + Glycolic Renewal Facial
There's a few other masks I want to buy but I've decided I'm going to hold off until I finish this container that I got in April. This is a peel, exfoliator and a mask. It has glycolic, lactic, malic and tartaric acids to renew and brighten skin. Plus squalane and hyaluronic acid plump and hydrate your skin.
C.E.O Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric Face Oil
Sunday Riley's face oil is new to my routine. It's an advanced vitamin C (THD ascorbate), turmeric, and evening primrose oil, to brighten, hydrate, and leave skin glowing. I put this on in the morning so it has all day to absorb and not get on my pillowcase.
Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment
At night I use Sunday Riley's AHA treatment, powered by lactic acid, that clarifies, smooths, and retexturizes the appearance of skin.
Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol Cream
A few times a week I use this retinol which is the purest form of Vitamin A. Retinol stimulates collagen production, which helps to plump up and reduce fine lines and helps with cell turnover and hyperpigmentation. This vegan retinol is safe to using during the day. I use this every other night.
I'm loving Supergoop's Unseen sunscreen which mattifies your skin. It's a clear, silicone-based formula glides over skin and sets a smooth base for makeup. Supergoop also sells a hand sunscreen (which is great because you can often tell a woman's age by her hands), eye sunscreen (because you probably don't put sunscreen in your under eye area and this product has a skin-brightening pink tint), a CC sunscreen if you need that extra layer of color, and many more products. Another favorite of mine is their Glow Screen which gives your skin a light-reflective, luminous appearance. It's sunscreen with a pearlescent glow.
