Summer Cocktails. Get Thirsty...


So it's hot outside but you want a healthy alternative to your favorite frozen alcoholic drink? All you need is a blender to enjoy this icy concoction of sweet honeydew and mint smoothie. It's fresh, light, and low cal! Plus did you know that mint leaves help stimulate the digestion of fat!

Melon Mojito
1 cup cubed Honeydew Melon
½ cup Cucumber
½ cup Coconut water (I prefer the Zico brand)
3 fresh Mint leaves
squeeze of half a Lime
squirt of raw Agave Nectar
Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving - 95 calories

I tried this a second time with frozen honeydew melon, splash of aloe vera juice and added some blackberries to make a healthy slushie!
