Soft Boho Fashion Trend

Think less festival, more quiet luxury—Soft Boho is the new bohemian. The Soft Boho trend for 2025 is a refined take on boho style. It is elegant, airy, and romantic with a clean, effortless aesthetic. It is an elevated evolution of classic bohemian style—one that feels soft, romantic, grounded, and effortlessly chic. It’s a blend of creativity, calm confidence, and sunshine, wrapped in breathable fabrics and thoughtful details. I would say the Chloe Winter 2024 fashion show set the trend and now I'm seeing fast fashion retailers replicate those looks in muted and earthy tones like dusty rose, warm whites, terracotta, soft sage, and warm neutrals. Just look at the balloons of chiffon on sheer cascading dresses and ruffled tops!

Back in 2014 I never would have wanted to dress in Boho fashion, but I'm loving this new take on it! Here's what to look out for when you're shopping to follow this trend but first what defines this trend.

I got a pedicure in the color Zoya Marcia which is the perfect dusty rose. They describe it as a French rose cream. I couldn't stop looking at my nails!

Last September Maya Ruldoph wore two dresses from the Chloe collection to the Emmy Awards. That's when I realized that this dusty burgundy was my color! H&M came out with a somewhat dupe of it and I bought it!

Julianne Hough also wore it on Dancing with the Stars. Did you know many brands now enforce a policy requiring anyone borrowing a look to replicate the runway styling exactly. That’s why both Maya and Julianne are wearing the same boots as the models — it’s part of a full-look mandate. Personally, I think a strappy pump would have been a better choice. This rigid approach to styling feels at odds with the free-spirited essence of the bohemian aesthetic
