Trader Joe's Seasonal Beverages

Here are some of my favorite beverages from Trader Joe's this time of year. The first four drinks are seasonal and the last two wines are year round favorites of mine.  Also it's pomegranate season! TJ's sells them cheaper than other grocery stores so I've been stocking up and eating one daily. Read my post on how to cut a pomegranate.  I also saw that TJs has persimmon fruit in stock as well.  In the background of my picture is TJ's chocolate advent calendar which I enjoy every year.

Blackberry Spritzer $3.49
It's not very sweet, but a great non-alcoholic sparkling beverage.

Winter Wassail $3.99
A spiced holiday libation punch made of black currant, apple, and lemon juices, with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, and orange peel, You can drink it chilled or warm. It doesn't taste like anything I've ever had before, expect a strong cinnamon flavor.

Cranberry Secco $4.99
I'm not a fan of prosecco because I find it too dry, but prosecco blended with cranberries is the perfect combo! If you're looking for a fun bubbly drink, pick this up.

Gluhwein $5.99
This German Christmas mulled wine is a bit sweet and spiced. It can be served chilled or warmed. I had to travel out of state to buy this as my local TJs no longer sell it. This is a must have for the holidays! TJs only carries it for a limited time, starting in Nov. I was told that you can also find it at Aldi's. It comes in a larger than usual wine bottle so you're really getting your money's worth.

Trader Joe's Petit Reserve Muscat Canelli $7.99
This is my new favorite wine! It's a rich, sweet wine with hints of flowers and ginger.

G. Chevalier Sauternes  $9.99
This is another favorite of mine, but it comes in a small dessert sized wine bottle. This late harvest sweet wine has delicate floral aromas and a honeyed intensity that includes notes of peach and marmalade.
