Last month I was walking by the Häagen Dazs store and they were giving out samples of their Peppermint Bark ice cream. White chocolate ice cream with pieces of chocolate peppermint bark inside. OMG it was delicious! However a ½ cup serving is 280 calories, 16g of fat, and 26g of sugar!

If you remember my last post about healthy ice cream alternatives, I wanted to find something similar to Häagen Dazs' Peppermint Bark and came across Edy's Peppermint Wonderland ice cream. A ½ cup serving is 110 calories, 3.5g of fat, and 13g of sugar. Quite a difference! Note: if you live on the West Coast they market their brand under the name Dreyer's.
