products that will give you that bronzey summer glow we're all looking for!
I have naturally pale, beige skin with pink undertones but I prefer my look when I have a tan. Right now I'm using a prescription Retin A product to renew my skin and increase collagen production which means I have to stay out of the sun. Hence, I went to Sephora to see what I could pick up to give me that bronze glow.
The picture on the left was taking with flash and the picture below was taken without. I wore this look on a busy Saturday. I got up at 8am to do the Embassy Open House tours, then went to the National Cathedral to see the Flower Mart, next stop Georgetown for some shopping, then met my mom for a Mother's Day dinner, finally went out dancing with my girlfriends at a rooftop bar.
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Opal
The color is a golden champagne color with a frosted, reflective finish. It’s an intensely pigmented, ultra-soft highlighter. I talked about this highlighter last summer.
Too Faced Sweetheart Bronzer
This brand new bronzer is described as a "Baked Luminous Glow" and packaged in a cute tiffany blue heart shaped container. You get two shades that you can mix together, golden beige and brewed tea which look amazing on my complexion. It has a glow and shimmer, a beautiful luminous finish, and not meant for contouring. You'll look like you just got a great tan from Ibiza, its amazing!
Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Rosegold
Rosegold is a light-medium, golden copper with warm undertones and a pearly sheen. This eyeshadow stick lasts all day! I applied all over my lid and in my eye's inner corner.
MAC Lipstick in Peachstock
One of MAC's best selling colors which can be described as peach beige with a frosted finish. The color is not for the faint of heart.
