I’m always on the lookout for small things that make everyday life a little easier or more enjoyable, whether it’s at home, on the go, or for my mom. Over the past year, I’ve picked up a mix of practical items, little indulgences, and clever gadgets that really stand out. From comfort-boosting cushions to skincare, kitchen tools, and travel essentials, these are the products I’ve found myself reaching for again and again, and in some cases, wishing I had discovered them sooner. My mom felt my couch was too low and after sitting for too long she felt stiff and uncomfortable so I bought this cushion for her and it makes such a big difference! I bought it in white since my couch is white. It comes in two sizes and 27 colors. You can also use it on an office chair or car. I originally bought it on amazon, but the store has more colors and two sizes so I returned and purchased from the store. Just know if you buy it from amazon you can't return to Whole Foods.

The cover is washable and the inside is made from a soft rebounding memory foam infused with charcoal extract to prevent odor and conforms naturally to the leg and hip to deeply release muscle tension and provide cloud like comfort. The seat has a grippy bottom so it stays in place. The back lumbar pillow provides sculpted support following the natural curve of your back. It has an ergonomic spine crevice in the middle, thicker lower back support, with contoured relief.

Under Cabinet Lighting I use this in my dark dresser drawers, kitchen cabinet and coat closet.

Waterproof Folding Pad Seat Pad for when you want to sit outside but there's nowhere clean to sit. Folds up small so it's easy to carry. The bottom of the foldable seat mat is made of insulating aluminum foil, durable and waterproof, providing warmth, dryness, and comfort for your outdoor activities. It is thin so it's not cushioned for long term stadium seating.

Luminara Flameless LED Battery Operated Pillar candle that is made of wax and really flickers like a real candle!

Flameless LED Tea Lights Love that it comes with a Remote & Timer, though it doesn't look realistic.

Night Light with Motion Sensor, Dimmable Amber - so I can walk around in the dark without putting lights on.

Birdie–The Original Personal Safety Alarm Loud Siren, Strobe Light and Key Chain. Good for hiking alone.

Heat-Control Window Film - It helps keep rooms cooler by blocking up to 71% of solar heat and 99% of UV rays. Its mirrored finish cuts glare and adds daytime privacy while still letting in natural light. It is hard to install so I recommend getting a professional to do it.

Refillable Touch-Up Paint Pen - They are good for 7 years and you fill it up with the paint you used to paint your walls. Then if you’ve ever nicked a wall, now scuffs and dings disappear in seconds.

Stainless Steel Bento Lunch Food Box I used this to pack snacks on a 5 hour flight to Calgary that didn't have meal service. This is what I packed for my flight: hummus, cheese, carrots, crackers, grapes and popcorn.

Sleep

This one is not from amazon, the Helix Mattress Topper I bought for my mom since her mattress is over 20 years old. It's perfect on top of mattresses that are older, sagging, or too soft to extend the life of your current mattress. It is 3.75 inches of durable support from high density foams and supportive microcoils. The outside is made from a cooling fabric. Sure there are cheaper options available but they don't have all the features of this. It does smell when you take it out the package because of off-gassing so you have to air it out first. It can be returned in 120 days if you don't like it.

The only downside is that adding something that is 3.75 inches on top of your mattress means your sheets will always fall off so I had to buy her extra deep sheets. And a new beautiful velvet quilt. Both come in tons of colors!

Philips SmartSleep Wake-up Light, Colored Sunrise and Sunset Simulation, 5 Natural Sounds, FM Radio & Reading Lamp, Tap Snooze For years I've wanted one of those cool sunrise alarm clocks but I could never find one with a radio until now!

I recently went to Restoration Hardware and fell in love with all their alabaster lamps but unfortunately they cost $1000 so I found a cheaper dupe on Amazon. It has as second lightbulb in the base. The lamp looks so luxe!
